The Bolterfly is an enemy in Alice: Madness Returns . It appears similar to a dragonfly, as flying bolts with wings. They can latch onto Alice, and the only way she can shake them off is by dodging. When they appear, there are several hives which must be taken out or else their swarm will never disappear. When they die they make a sound similar to glass shattering.
